PRESCHOOL

Toddler - must be 3 years old by December 31

Nursery - must be 4 years old by December 31

Kinder - must be 5 years old by December 31

GRADE SCHOOL

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Grades 1 to 6

Grades 7 to 10

Grades 11 and 12

Applicants should have at least an 80% average in major subjects, with no failing grade in any grading period, and a satisfactory conduct record.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All documents are subject to online submission for admissions processing

1. 2x2 inch size, colored picture with a white background

2. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) certified copy of Birth Certificate

3. Good Moral Certificate from the last school attended

4. Copy of Latest Report Card with the Learner Reference Number (LRN)
* At least 1st to 2nd quarter or 1st term grades from the previous school

5. Baptismal Certificate (or its equivalent in other Religions)

For incoming Grade 1
* Early Childhood Development (ECD) Certificate

For Senior High School (SHS) voucher holders
* Qualified Voucher Applicant (QVA) Certificate

If schooled abroad
* Complete Scholastic Records

For Foreign Learners
1. The applicant's Birth Certificate from abroad must be English-translated and/or authenticated by the Philippine Embassy

2. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

3. Latest Passport (showing bio-page and validity of stay)

4. Complete Scholastic Records authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Official with English translation of entries, particularly:

* Name of Learner
* Subjects
* Level
* Grades
